New Promise Cancer Foundation's Cancer Connection Program is a free resource network that provides social and emotional support for cancer survivors and caregivers in our community.

Patients and Survivors

A cancer diagnosis can be a scary experience, and we are here to help you through your journey. Whether you are a survivor or current patient, this program is an opportunity for you to share your experience and learn from others who understand your journey in a compassionate environment.

Caregivers

Many caregivers put their own needs and feelings aside when someone in their life is faced with cancer. The CCP Caregiving Sessions will allow you the opportunity to share advice, learn from others, and remember to take care of you, too.

Volunteers

The CCP volunteers are knowledgeable and experienced community members who have dedicated their time to facilitate the program sessions. Our volunteers have experienced cancer and want to be there as a resource, and friend, for those who need it.
